Heather has worked in the retirement plan industry since 2004, and serves as vice president, financial advisor for CAPTRUST. Heather is responsible for providing retirement plan advisory services to corporate fiduciaries while building relationships and meeting client needs in the institutional retirement market. Heather helps plan sponsors manage their plans more effectively with independent advice on investments, plan design, participant engagement, vendor management, and fiduciary process. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Salem College, and has received industry recognition as one of the National Association of Plan Advisors Top Women Advisors for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
