I have been in the outsourcing industry since 2007 same time as I was studying college. I had to do work while studying because of the need. And because of persistency and hard work I was able to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree Information Technology.
I have handled different companies in the US, UK, Canada and Australia for campaigns like Commercial Cleaning Services, Payrolls & Bookkeeping, Fundraising, IT products, Real Estate, Food Services, eCommerce and Insurance. With those campaigns, I have done cold calling appointment setting, sales and Lead generation.
I am also an experienced Virtual Assitant. Doing back office works or administrative tasks.
I am now the Director of Business Development of Virtual Workforce Professionals, my job is to acquire clients for the company, to provide more opportunities especially to the countryside which is always our priority in expanding our offices.
