To make the digital world a more accessible, useful and enjoyable place is a the daily challenge I have been pursuing for 10 years. I have led the design of multi-devices digital project (web, mobile tablet, digital kiosk) for a wide audiences in Luxury, Fashion, Newspapers, Health, Banking and Public Utility Industries. I have worked for the benefit of companies like ALDO, LOREAL, ADIDAS, TAG HEUER, HONDA, ASTRAZENECA on eCommerce, Digital Services, Brand Experiences, Webcasting, and Games projects, at every steps of the design process : User Research, Content and Functional Strategy, Creation workshops, Information Architecture, Prototyping, User Testing, Functional Specifications. On each project I remained focused on the interface usability in order to optimize the adoption of new functionalities and uses. By constantly evaluating my work through user tests, I have increased conversion rates and popularity of each digital services. I have led User Researches to identify needs and behaviors especially in the Retail, Banking and Newspapers industries. I conducted co-design sessions with creative directors, engineers, product managers and clients to define the requirements and generate an exponential number of ideas which is the key to finding a good one. I try to always simplify my collaborative documents such as Mental Models, User Flows, Customer Journeys, Scenarios and Wireframes in order to easily share the key messages of my work with the various stakeholders. I reserve some working time to improve the design processes of my team through interviews and installation of a collaborative library of UX techniques. Autonomous and highly adaptable, I have worked in AGILE environments.
