In 2007, I joined Tagline Communications, Inc. as a General Services Officer. Back then, the administrative services given to the operations team were limited and manually done. Through the introduction of better and more modern processes, the support team was able to improve its services and revolutionized their work via an online operating system. As an HR & Admin Director, I spearheaded a team of professionals handling recruitment, compensation & benefits, labor administration and warehousing. Personally though, I have handled recruitment for managerial/supervisory posts, processed payroll and other benefits and attend to labor disputes with the company's legal counsel. I also produced and conceptualized important HR documents like the handbook, performance scorecard and memorandums. In addition, I analyzed important data including the evaluation results of the executive committee members as well as the companies' performance in terms of their financial stability, process excellence, customer service and employee skills enhancement. As an HR professional, I am usually approached by colleagues for management-employee related concerns, after which I give sound recommendations and advise on what is best to do specially in relation to legalities with reference on the company's handbook and the Department of Labor and Employment. In 2014, I was tasked to take the lead in an employee enrichment program within the Tagline Group called the Project Aurum which was awarded a Silver recognition during the 2018 Stevie Awards for Great Employers (SAGE) in New York City. The program has continued to this day and has provided Tagline employees an avenue for mentoring, career growth, and skills development. Hard work is recognized during Tagline's Annual Aurum Awards. Presently, I also serve as the project liaison between the Philippines and offshore offices of Tagline and concurrently function as the chief assistant to the president having known the business operations of the group for the past 15 years.
