Since 2011 I've been part of business processing operations in the Philippines and exposed to different lines of business such as financial, telecommunications and healthcare customer care. In my first year of experience, I've been promoted as a subject matter expert which jump-started my career as an operations manager. I was trained by top-notched leaders and site directors from 2 companies such as Teletech and UnitedHealth Group. With all the training, experiences and learning from people I work with and clients, I was able to deliver top-notch performances and achieved goals beyond expectation. From process improvement, people management and career development - I was able to create one of the best working environments empowered by great employees and leadership. Now fast forward to 2019, I shifted my career from BPO to esports industry which led me to Tier 1 Entertainment Inc in the Philippines. The first esports talent agency that involves career development and talent improvement for gamers, streamers, youtube and the likes. With this movement in my career, I am innovating my self and ensure development within my range of expertise. I am currently acting as the General Manager of T1's esports division, Blacklist International. My previous role was Quality Assurance Manager that focused on process improvement and human resources but was appointed as General Manager afterward. My role is to ensure executive decisions within my division and support our esports team bearing the flag of Blacklist International.
