Ed is a seasoned Senior IT Manager with more than 20 years of IT experience. He has significant exposure in working for or running multi-site projects as well as working with people of different nationalities.
He had executed project different methodologies such as waterfall, iterative, agile and extreme programming for various industry areas such as Inventory Management,Telecoms, Finance and Banking, Human Resources, Government, Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing and Government.
Ed is equipped with the experience for running teams of more than 50 team members. He
is a manager who consistently looks for ways on improving productivity, quality and time to market through technology, process innovation and people development. He developed and implemented strategies for methodology adaptation, people development and quality management. He has managed teams that consists of Project Managers, BAs, Architects/Designers, Developers, Testers and SCM.
Ed had decent exposure on Professional Services area and was engaged in client pre-sales related activities such requirements gathering/analysis, scoping and estimating including authoring quotations and SOWs.
