I am working here as Sr. Android Developer as well as Team lead. As a team lead I fully responsible for fully development of any project. I have to create complete project flow doc &amp; explain to my team members. As project lead for communicating with clients &amp; understand their business requirements. Also explain all requirements to technical &amp; design teams. Here I was also playing role of team lead for IOs

This was my first job into Android development. In M-apps tech lab I worked on 2 mejor project first one was Future Pay which was BigBazar (Future Retail Group) &amp; second was Niramaya which was a healt care app.&nbsp;&nbsp;In this role I learned basic of project management,team work &amp; other basics.Also in M-Apps Tech Lab I worked as Android Trainer where I was responsible for trained new guys into Android technology also improve their technical skills as their capability &nbsp;
