Dhara is an award-winning, senior business development executive with over 15 years in the financial, technology and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Dhara has led the sales, operations and client experience initiatives of Fortune 100 giants, such as J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America and Eli Lilly & Co. Her versatility forged the transformation of a home-based tech start- up to acquisition in under five years. Dhara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Though she'll always remain a Philly Fanatic at heart, Dhara currently resides in Bloomingdale, IL with her 7-year old son and 4-year old daughter.
