I'm currently a career professional graduated from UBC's MEd program, passionate about immigrant settlement, community development, student success, and experiential learning! In the wake of the pandemic, I implemented new program designs to support diverse students and increased program demand by 208%.
Yearly, I plan and execute post-secondary educational programming including: program design, speaker and topic selection, venue selection, team management, contract negotiation, networking, marketing, and budgeting. My advanced skills and several years experience in project management, training, event planning, and organization, have prepared me to manage communication between team members, donors, board members, and volunteers, and strengthen the culture that contributes to a successful organization.
I enjoy all aspects of coordinating, supporting, and managing relationships. My organizational skills and my commitment to transmit clear and concise information has driven the constant improvement of my language skills (English, French, Spanish and Portuguese), and improved my strong collaboration and user skills on platforms such as Salesforce, Quip, Zoom, Outlook, Mailchimp, Access, SurveyMonkey, Canva, Canvas, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
