Candace is a Relatable Executive Leader and Trusted Business Partner with a wealth of experience in executing on strategic initiatives, facilitating effective operational outcomes, and positioning for desirable financial results. Prior to founding Keranikis (a consulting company), Candace served as Vice President of Med-South, Inc. & Affiliates (medical equipment and PET/SLEEP diagnostics) where she led the company in significant operational, cultural, and technological changes - including establishment and development of a core leadership team, a major company-wide software implementation, and the cleanest external financial audit in the history of the company. During her tenure at Med-South, Candace served on the Board of Directors for multiple joint ventures with hospital partners such as Huntsville Hospital (HGA), St. Vincents & Providence (Ascension), Jackson Hospital, and Infirmary Health. Candace previously served as Senior Leadership to Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA) in the outpatient surgery sector primarily in Acquisition & Integration and Financial Operations. At SCA, Candace worked directly with reputable HealthCare Systems across the nation and facilitated numerous acquisitions and integrations that allowed for a successful initial public offering (IPO). Twelve years at Enterprise Holdings afforded Candace a variety of progressive experiences in general management in multiple lines of business, including car rental, truck rental, fleet management, remarketing, and car sales. Candace is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
