Currently the Treasurer, VP-Finance and Admiistration as well as a Senior Consulting Partner of Technopoly Inc. His areas of services can be categorized into three streams: Business Analytics, Business Process Management and Change Management.
In the field of Business Analytics he had carried out market research analytical studies, prescriptive decision support modeling and data analytics training for a number of domestic based and multinational companies.
His experiences in the field of Business Process Management has centered around doing both process review and improvement work across the span of manufacturing, service and transactional operations of various companies. One of his areas of expertise is in the field of advanced quality management tools such as Statistical Process Control, Measurement Systems Analysis, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Design of Experiments for which he had conducted multiple public learning sessions as well as in-house corporate and customized organizational trainings.
He is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, conducting training and doing coaching on both Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma initiatives of a number of companies. He has also recently earned a certification on Change Management from Prosci.
