Barak Raviv currently serves as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Management Director at Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills. In 20 years, he has risen through the ranks of the industry and has become a leader in financial services for high net worth individuals. Focusing on customized portfolio solutions, Barak identifies each clients investment profile and risk tolerance, then helps create a strategy for pursuing their long term objectives. Along the way, Barak has been an active philanthropist, supporting a wide range of causes in service to the community through the Barak Raviv Foundation. Today he serves as Chair of the Advisory Council for Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. Previously, Barak served as the Western Region President of Magen David Adom, Israels equivalent of the Red Cross. During the 2006 Lebanon War, he coordinated the purchase of a Mobile Intensive Care Unit, and has since shipped two more ambulances to Israel. Barak has collaborated with the National Marrow Donor Program to organize bone marrow drives at community festivals, adding new potential donors to the national registry. A licensed pilot for almost 20 years, Barak is a Mission Command Pilot for Angel Flight West, providing air transportation for passengers with critical healthcare needs. In his spare time, Barak enjoys sports and fitness activities, and often flies his Cirrus aircraft on beautiful Southern California weekends. Originally from New York, Barak lived in Israel for six years before moving to Los Angeles at the age of nine. Barak attended UCLA, earning his Bachelors degree in Communications with a Concentration in Business Administration.
