Audrey is a published author and an experienced speaker, having presented to national and international audiences (up to 300 in size).
Within her first year at Sun Life, she was nominated for the CEO's Award of Excellence (less than 3 % of employees are nominated each year).
In her years at UHN, Audrey developed a brand new department "from the ground up" to serve an organization comprised of 20,000 employees and five sites. She also developed a 3-year departmental strategic plan to transition through a merger (which successfully gained endorsement by the organization's CEO without any amendments).
Contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion:
Co-led the launch of a D,E, and I platform to two geographically diverse functions across Sun Life (2021)
Successfully prompted internal and public messages from corporate leadership around social issues (2021)
Led an organization-wide response to the Truth and Reconciliation federal mandate (2018)

Outside of her professional interests, Audrey looks forward to travelling to Switzerland (she is a dual citizen) on a regular basis. Her recurrent visits and francophone family motivate her to constantly improve her fluency in the French language.
