The first and most powerful financial lesson came when I was very young. A wise woman told me to save my money and set goals. So when I got my first job at age 16, I followed those instructions. It's amazing how she planted that seed so many years ago without knowing it would become the foundation for my career. As a financial advisor, I especially enjoy working with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) because the compassion and care that you provide your patients is reflected in all that you do. My days are spent helping NPs achieve their complex financial goals answering questions such as: How do I finance my practice? start, join, sell How do I elect my retirement benefits? How do I protect my family from major life events? Outside of the office, I have enjoyed my time with FBI Citizens Academy, 100 Black Men of Sacramento Inc and CSUS Alumni.
