Upon joining Globe Telecom, was appointed to lead various operations and maintenance departments, from its first DWDM transmission backbone network, Fiber Optic Backbone Network, International and Domestic Cable Landing stations, Outside Plant Network (FOC and Copper), Support Facilities, Luzon Wireless Networks (GSM, CDMA, 3G).
Currently responsible for Vendor Performance Management, Contract management, Review and Acquisition of Third Party Technical Support, Operation Budget Control and Management, OPEX and CAPEX Cost Analysis, and Laiason Director for Government Agencies and Military.
