I am interested in the ethics and implications of technology in healthcare, specifically in the role blockchain can play in health data management to solve interoperability and data privacy challenges facing precision medicine. I am a generalist with experience that includes research and writing, programming, project management, designing and managing websites, providing tailored support to clients, and building and managing teams.
I am currently studying public health at UBC, and was most recently working in the enterprise blockchain space in Toronto. I have previous professional experience co-founding and managing a nonprofit, supporting students in their career decisions, working with hiring teams at tech companies across Toronto, and researching and writing for federal government departments. I am an International Relations alumna from the University of British Columbia.
