Transitioning into Data Science

<ul><li>As an AI Developer, I designed and built end-to-end voice user interface (UI) frameworks for a multilingual conversational agent platform. I built a production-quality conversational application using machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques that saves users time and offers a more convenient experience. &nbsp;</li><li>My responsibilities included creating an ML pipeline, performing feature selection and extraction, model creation, fine-tuning, and deployment. I leveraged my expertise in chatbots and conversational AI to design and develop a platform that provides a seamless user experience across multiple languages. &nbsp;</li><li>Through my work, I helped to create a chatbot platform that has significantly improved user experience and engagement.</li></ul>

Project Title: Predicting Optimal Control Values for Power Amplifier Circuit -&nbsp; Description: As a Data Scientist, I led a project aimed at creating a predictive model that can optimize power output and efficiency by predicting the Vg and Vd control values needed to maintain a constant RFout for a given input and system settings in a power amplifier circuit.&nbsp; The ultimate goal was to implement the model in an FPGA.&nbsp;<ul><li>Experimented with various modifications to the architecture, including moving from the time domain to frequency domain analysis using the S-RNN model. The S-RNN model approach proved highly effective and resulted in significantly improved predictions for the required Vg and Vd control values to maintain a constant RFout for a given RFin, F, Mod, and PW.</li><li>Converted the Tensorflow model into a High-Level Synthesis (HLS) model for running on FPGA and Conducted precision tuning for the HLS model and analyzed the results.</li><li>Implemented quantization techniques such as quantization aware training, post-quantization, and Q-keras implementation to optimize the model for hardware implementation.</li><li>Through extensive experimentation and analysis, I was able to build a robust predictive model that accurately predicted the required Vg and Vd control values.</li></ul>&nbsp;
