I began my career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in 1977. Wealth Advisor Deborah Gaynor and I moved our team to Morgan Stanley in 2008 to take advantage of the breadth of portfolio management investment platform and research services available. I set the long-term direction of the teams investment strategy and concentrate on securities selection, risk control and asset allocation for our three investment strategies. Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I have lived in Santa Fe since 1976. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology in 1970 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of Albuquerque in 1976. I completed the Certified Portfolio Manager certification from Columbia University in May, 2011.
